Our Guarantee
All our products have a One Full Year Guarantee. Unlike Other Companies there is no small text:
Return Shipping Costs - If the product we ship is defective, or if we ship a product other than was ordered, we pay the shipping cost to return the product. Otherwise, the customer pays the shipping costs to return the product. Why is our guarantee so complete? First, our products are second to none, and we have very few products returned. Second, we want you to feel confident enough to plan ahead and stock up with all the LED products that you want without the worry that six months later that you are out your investment. |
Warranty Information
Holiday Lights: All holiday lights have a three year limited warranty. Lights are covered at 100% of replacement cost for the first year, 50% of replacement cost for year two and 33% replacement cost for year three. A year is defined as one 90 day lighting season. Lights installed longer than 90 days are void of warranty.
FourSevens: All Foursevens products have a 10 year limited warranty. The LED Warehouse warrants all Foursevens products up to 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, all warranty requests must go through Foursevens directly.
JetBeam and Nitecore: JetBeam and Nitecore flashlights have an 18 month warranty. The LED Warehouse will honor this warranty for the full 18 months.
Maxpedition, Benchmade, Elzetta and Surefire: These companies all offer a limited lifetime warranty on their products. All warranty requests must go through the respective manufacturer.
