LED Flashlight Troubleshooting

Flashlight Troubleshooting

Although the flashlights we sell are built to last, sometimes they need a little maintenance. This video shows how to troubleshoot your flashlight. These techniques will work for Foursevens, Fenix, Surefire Jetbeam, Nitecore and other similar flashlights.

Overview

1. Make sure you have a fresh set of batteries. The number one cause of problems involve bad or depleted batteries.

2. Make sure the retaining ring in the tail cap is tight. Surefire lights will not have a retaining ring.

3. Clean all contacts where the battery touches the light.

4. Clean all threads and lube the o-rings

If the above does not fix your light there is most likely a warranty related problem with your light.
